The CHEFSTALK KNIFE is equipped with a blade made of 65 layers of damask steel. The special grain of the blade is called Wild Damascus. The cutting edge of the chef’s knife is ice-hardened (VG 10, approx. 59 – 61 HRC Rockwell). By combining the special steel with the extremely careful production process, an optimal cutting performance is achieved. The extremely sharp blade glides effortlessly through all food to be processed.

Our CHEFSTALK KNIFE is inspired by top chefs and designed for professional kitchen work. High-performance steel, which is particularly characterized by its hardness, cut resistance and corrosion resistance, traditionally proven craftsmanship in the production in Solingen and an excellent design, which is not only visually convincing, but also convinces with its pleasant handling – all combined in one knife.
